Tolle Lage in einen Hang hineingebaut mit Blick auf die Burg. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet Essen, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Für unsere Bedürfnisse (Ruhe, leichte Wanderungen, Spaziergänge und vor allem ausgezeichnete Verpflegung) einfach perfekt.

Wir haben das Genusshotel extra für unseren Hochzeitstag gebucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit zahlreichen Überraschungen. Die Betreuung durch das junge Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Gute Gründe wiederzukommen.

wunderschönes Burgblick-Zimmer und die Kulinarik lässt alle Herzen höher schlagen! Der Wohlfühlbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und dem beheizten Schwimmbad im Außenbereich.....einfach traumhaft schön! ...und keine Frage: ich komm wieder!

Das Hotel erleben wir, trotz mehrfachem Aufenthalt, auf Grund der besonders ruhigen Lage und der entgegenkommenden Betreuung durch freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, immer wieder als hervorragende Unterkunft für unsere erholsamen Tage. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass unsere Vorlieben (Tisch am Fenster und ruhiges Zimmer) bereits bei unserer Ankunft berücksichtigt waren. Die Zimmer bieten perfektes Ambiente, sind mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Qualitativ hochwertige und funktionelle Einrichtung. Küche und Restaurantbieten bieten kreative Menüauswahl (Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisches) in bester Qualität und bedacht auf Regionalität. Zusätzlich wird monatlich eine alternative Hauptspeise angeboten (im Mai: rosa gebratene Lammhüfte mit Polenta und gegrilltem Paprika - hervorragende Wahl!) Alle Gerichte mit großem Aufwand und Perfektion gemacht und angerichtet. Das Service funktioniert bestens dank umsichtiger Restaurantleitung. Wünsche werden prompt erfüllt und werden künftig auch berücksichtigt. Gepflegte Außenanlagen zeigen, dass man sehr bemüht, ist ein positves Gesamtbild zu vermitteln. Ebenso die Investitionen in erneuerbare Energie. Durch die Genusscard ist ein breites Angebot an Ausflugszielen und Aktivitäten garantiert. Empfehlenswert für jeden.

Wir sind 5 Stunden aus München angereist und das war es absolut wert! Ursprünglich wären wir weggeflogen, aber aufgrund eines Streiks am Flughafen mussten wir unsere Pläne kurzfristig ändern - im Nachgang waren wir sogar froh, dass es so gekommen ist und wir unseren Urlaub stattdessen im Genusshotel Riegersburg verbringen durften. Wir hatten die Suite „Balsam" und waren absolut begeistert vom schönen Zimmer und dem tollen Ausblick. Auf der Terrasse ist außerdem eine große Schaukel, auf der man zusammen liegen und die Sonne genießen kann. Das Hotel selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und das Personal ist so herzlich und aufmerksam, dass man dort nur glücklich sein kann. Der Name „Genusshotel" ist Programm, jedes Menü war unglaublich lecker und auch das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen (mein Highlight: der Mohnstrude!). Insgesamt einfach ein rundum tolles Hotel, vielen lieben Dank an alle Mitarbeiter für die unvergessliche Zeit.
